Dion marked her return to the live stage on September 12, 2026, launching her Celine Dion Paris 2026 residency at the Plenitude Arena (Paris La Défense Arena) in Nanterre, France. She suffered a stage tumble on October 7, 2026, during her show in Paris.
An insider told Radar Online that the I’m Alive hitmaker has people concerned about her health after the unfortunate incident.
Professionals were amazed when they found out about her residency, but her tumble has set off alarm bells.
“Céline has fought for every inch of this. People forget how seriously ill she was,” the source stated, referring to her years of medical treatment and rehabilitation, as well as her unwavering determination.
