Howdy, partner…Niall Horan just proved that Halloween concerts can go to infinity and beyond.
The former One Direction star gave fans a seriously adorable surprise in Munich, Germany.
He transformed into none other than Woody from Toy Story and brought the beloved animated classic straight to the concert stage.

Performing at Olympiahalle on Saturday, October 31, as part of his Dinner Party Live On Tour, the Slow Hands hitmaker turned the Halloween night into a full-blown Toy Story celebration.
Ditching his usual concert look, he stepped into Woody’s cowboy boots, complete with the iconic cowboy hat, yellow shirt, cow-print vest, red bandana and jeans. And he wasn’t playing sheriff alone!
His band members joined the fun by dressing up as other Toy Story characters, including the little green army men, making the entire performance feel like Andy’s toys had somehow escaped into a Niall concert.
Taking to his Instagram Stories the Irish musician made a hilarious reel with his team and also posted several glimpses from the night.
The X Factor alum and his band performed Randy Newman’s beloved You’ve Got a Friend in Me, sending fans into a nostalgic frenzy.
Marking the final German date of the European tour leg, the Munich concert turned into a particularly memorable Halloween celebration.
