King Charles, Prince Harry’s ‘secret’ deal sparks public fury

Was Prince Harry the reason behind King Charles’ declining popularity? Well, a royal commentator thinks so.

A recent poll revealed a dip in positive thinking among the public about the monarch since the return of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

According to Tom Skyes, the monarch’s hidden support to make the Sussexes’ UK return smooth could be the reason behind the public’s fury.

The royal expert said, “The public are not fooled. They know Charles is behind the return of Harry. They do not buy the line that he didn’t know, that the King was as surprised as anyone to find his younger son setting up home in the Cotswolds.”

As per The Express, he added, “The public drew the obvious conclusion: that the King has wanted Harry home all along and done nothing to prevent it, even at terrific cost to a legacy already trashed by Andrew (Mountbatten Windsor).”

However, Palace sources did not pay heed to the recent poll, stating that the King and his team are ‘confident’ of handling family matters.
