Man arrested for allegedly behaving inappropriately toward family at Morgan Wallen concert

A 33-year-old man has been taken into custody in North Carolina on allegations of urinating on a family of four during a Morgan Wallen concert in July.

According to a statement released on social media by the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police on Wednesday, Jason Reed is facing charges of second-degree assault, public urination, and other related offenses.

“MDTA Police Officers providing support to the Baltimore Police Department at the Morgan Wallen concert responded to a report of a fight in progress at the stadium,” as per the MDTA Police statement.

“Upon the officers’ arrival, security personnel identified individuals who had been involved in an altercation,” the statement continued.

“Officers separated those involved, identified a male suspect, and escorted the suspect out of the stadium,” the statement from MDTA Police read.

As per the law enforcement department, Reid is currently being held in North Carolina pending extradition to Maryland.

For those unversed, Jason had urinated on a family, including an eight-year-old girl, during Morgan’s show held at M&T Bank Stadium on July 18.

Troy Grevelding, who attended Morgan’s show with his family, told the police that Jason was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
