Cara Delevingne and Renee Rapp’s friendship was put to test in a new video as the supermodel prank called her pal.
The 34-year-old British star chose to call Rapp for a prompt which asked her to imply that she had said something negative about Delevingne in a new interview.
After catching up with Rapp a little, Delevingne detailed that her publicist had informed her of the Not My Fault hitmaker’s comments about her music as well as her identity.
While Rapp was caught off-guard since she hadn’t done an interview in a long while, Delevingne stood her ground, saying, “It’s like all over Instagram, babe. I don’t know what interview it’s come out. Clearly it hasn’t come out yet, but…Wait, what are you talking about? It’s just, I don’t know.”
The Paper Towns actress added, “It’s just comments. It’s comments on my Instagram. I don’t know about like, ‘I thought you guys were friends,'” to which Rapp responded, “It’s just super weird. You’re pranking me.”
Delevingne finally admitted, leaving Rapp to express her wrath, and apologised for pulling a “mean” prank against her even though she is the “nicest.”Â

However, the prank call made for an interesting Elle video and fans loved the interaction. They shared the video on X and wrote, “CARA PRANK CALLING RENEE IM LAUGHING.”
Another added, “renee was panicking fr LMAO,” and “Renee is too sweet to be pranked like this lol she was STRESSED.”
More chimed in, “I LOVE THEIR FRIENDSHIP SO MUCH IM GIGGLING,” and “THE WAY SHE WAS SO CONFUSED I’M LAUGHING.”
Someone gushed, “omg I love them I’m dead.”
