Blake Lively’s beverage business may be running out of fizz, with fresh questions emerging about the future of her Betty Buzz and Betty Booze brands.
The actress launched Betty Buzz in 2021, offering non-alcoholic drinks, before adding a boozy twist with Betty Booze in 2023.
But a new report from TMZ suggests the business could be quietly winding down — even though no official closure has been announced.

The biggest clue comes from the company’s trademark activity.
According to the outlet, two applications connected to the Betty Buzz name were abandoned on September 14, 2026, after the company failed to submit the required statements of use.
Other trademark applications linked to beer-based and non-alcoholic products have also reportedly been abandoned.
That said, it’s not quite time to pour one out for the brands.
Betty Buzz still has an active trademark registration, and abandoned applications do not automatically mean the business is shutting down.
There are also signs of a social media slowdown. Betty Buzz hasn’t posted on Instagram since April 5, while Betty Booze last shared an update on September 28. Both accounts were previously more active.
And the drinks haven’t disappeared from shelves just yet.
Betty Booze’s website remains online, with its ready-to-drink cocktails still listed, while retailers continue to feature the products.

For now, Blake’s beverage venture appears to be in a period of uncertainty, rather than confirmed closure.
Whether she is scaling back or preparing for a bigger change remains unclear.
