A snack for toddlers has been recalled after several children choked on the product, according to the FDA.
The health agency published a recall notice for Once Upon A Farm Tractor Wheels Organic, Toddler Soft-Baked Bars on Oct. 30.
The FDA said the recall came after it received several reports of toddlers ages 1.5–2.5 years suffering complete airway obstruction with the inability to breathe after eating the product.

“When chewed, the product reportedly forms a dry, sticky mass that standard choking interventions — including back blows and the Heimlich maneuver — may fail to dislodge. Some reported choking incidents have required emergency response intervention and hospital observation,” the FDA wrote.
The company behind the product agreed to initiate a recall and customers are being warned against buying or serving any flavor of the Once Upon A Farm Tractor Wheels, Organic Toddler Soft-BakedBars.
They are urged to immediately throw away any of the product.
“This advice applies to all flavors, quantities, and varieties, including all lot codes and expiration dates,” the FDA warned.

This product was sold nationwide online and at stores, including Costco, Target, and Walmart. It may be sold elsewhere, such as Amazon.com and other third-party vendors.
Retailers have been told to stop selling the sell product. To report a complaint or adverse event, visit Industry and Consumer Assistance.
Call 911 in the event that someone is choking and other first aid measures to dislodge the obstruction have failed.
