Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may have found a way to dodge the biggest newlywed Christmas headache: deciding whose family gets them for the holidays.
With their first Christmas as husband and wife approaching, the couple reportedly wants to avoid splitting the day between two sets of family traditions.
The singer has long celebrated the season with her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, while Travis is just as close to his own family.

And neither, apparently, is keen to turn Christmas into a family scheduling contest.
“Neither wants to disappoint their parents, but they also don’t want their first Christmas as a married couple to become a tug-of-war. They want everyone to feel included,” a source told Rob Shutter.
So instead of choosing one side, the couple is reportedly considering hosting the celebrations themselves and bringing both families together.
“They think bringing everyone together is the perfect answer. They get to start their own traditions without making either family feel they’ve lost out. It’s about creating one big family Christmas,” another source shared.
Travis has previously expressed excitement about experiencing Christmas as a married man, with the Chiefs star reportedly keen to keep some familiar traditions while making new memories with Taylor.

Of course, hosting both families could mean more guests, more food and a lot more holiday planning.
But it also gives the newlyweds a chance to create traditions of their own without leaving anyone out.
