Wearing her heart on her sleeve Selena Gomez gets up close and honest about being a musician and what it feels like when someone connect with her work
With decades of work behind her Selena Gomez just sat down for one of the most candid heart-to-hearts to date and gushed over what the ‘coolest’ part has been about writing music and being a singer.
The topic came during her appearance for the Jennifer Hudson Show, when the host asked, “you write amazing songs that seem to help others along their journey. How does it feel when you have your fans come up to you and tell them what your music has done for them?”
The wife of Hollywood producer Benny Blanco responded immediately to this by saying, “It’s the coolest.”
She didn’t conclude there either, instead she also said, “I remember I released ‘Lose You to Love Me’ and I was at a restaurant and this woman came up to me and she seemed a little fragile and I just asked her ifshe was okay and she said she went through a divorce and ‘Lose You to Love Me’ was her way of being able to get through that divorce and it was so special. I ended up crying. I got her a Drake. It was a whole night. It was just it’s just those moments I’m sure like you have that that great feeling.”
