Watch as the Prince of Wales joins Greg James on a tandem bike as part of a charity challenge.
The BBC Radio 1 presenter, 40, is cycling from Weymouth to Edinburgh as part of a 1,000km challenge for Comic Relief. He has already been joined by the likes of comedian Joe Lycett and Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas.
On Tuesday (17 March), Prince William joined James on day five of the presenter’s eight-day trek. He got on the tandem bike just outside of Doncaster and cycled with him for 30 minutes.
James later admitted he felt nervous when he learnt that William would be joining him for some of the journey. “That’s the tightest I’ve grabbed the handlebars for the whole week,” he said.
