Prince Harry, Meghan make one major sacrifice ahead of UK return

As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are gearing up to move back to the UK this week, it was reported that they are leaving their chickens behind in Montecito.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will relocate to Britain after six years of life in the US with their kids for a longer period as they have already enrolled their kids in one of the schools in the UK.

Their relocation will include their pet dogs but RadarOnline.com reported that their famous flock will remain under the care of their staff in California.

The pair initially had 10 chickens which they got from a commercial factory in California. Later their neighbor Ellen DeGeneres gave them one more bird.

Insiders also suggested that this indicates Harry and Meghan will keep their Montecito house along with their vacation house in Portugal.

Meghan’s mom Doria Ragland is not moving with her and will stay in California.

This came after Meghan posted a video on her Instagram account hinting at leaving her flock behind.

The video featured a box with images of chicken on it and a quote reading, “People who take care of chickens are literally chicken tenders.”

Meghan and Harry have kept chickens for years at their Montecito home in a coop nicknamed “Archie’s Chick Inn”.

Meanwhile, reports said Prince Harry and his wife Meghan plan to move back to Britain six years after they quit royal duties and plan to live in a non-royal residence somewhere outside London.
