Paris Jackson has gone to court over her late father Michael Jackson’s money, saying she and her two brothers have waited long enough to receive the money he left for them.
The singer’s daughter wants a judge to order his estate to move £447 million into a family trust created for the three children.
She says the trust has still not received its full funding even though Michael’s estate has made billions of pounds since his death in 2009.
Under the original plan, Michael’s kids were meant to receive money from the trust as they grew older. They, however, were also supposed to get more of their share when they reached the ages of 30, 35 and 40.

Paris, moreover, added that these plans have not gone ahead as expected.
Her lawyers believe the estate has enough money to make the payment. They point to several big deals, including the sale of music rights and Neverland Ranch.
But the estate has pushed back against her claims. Its representatives say money cannot be fully moved into the trust until some legal matters, including a tax dispute with the US government, are settled.
The court is expected to hear Paris’ request on December 4.
