Pamela Anderson has given fans a peaceful look at life at her six-acre Vancouver Island home during autumn, sharing a video that she described as the “season of the soul”.
The Baywatch star, 59, posted a short clip of a rainy autumn morning on Instagram.
It opens with her walking one of her dogs through her sunroom at sunrise, before she tours her backyard garden.

She is then seen sitting down to read Amor and Psyche: The Psychic Development of the Feminine.
“I’ve read this book so many times,” she says. Later she films her garden after the rain, calling it her “garden after it’s rained.”
The video ends with a selfie clip beside a large pine tree and a walk along a lake dock. Bright pink and light orange roses can be seen in bloom.
In her Instagram Stories, Anderson also showed wild ground cherries she had picked, along with her Wild Groundcherry Basic Balm.
She developed the balm with the skincare brand Sonsie, and she spoke to People in October about how gardening grounds her.
Anderson returned to her family’s longtime estate on Vancouver Island in 2020.
She told Better Homes & Gardens in September 2024 that the land had once been a motel owned by her grandmother, where she was taken home after she was born.
When she came back, the garden had decayed, and she lived in a small beach house on the property. She has said that expanding the garden felt like a way of putting her life back together.
