Nick cannon is proving that if you can’t escape the jokes about your love life, you might as well write them yourself.
The TV personality teamed up with Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi for a tongue-in-cheek Instagram Reel that playfully mocked his famously large family–and the internet wasted no time joining in.
The skit begins with Tiesi delivering a serious message: “Nick, it’s time to pay child support.”
Cannon immediately fires back, “Como se what?” before trying a series of increasingly ridiculous excuses. At one point, dressed in Amish-style clothing, he insists he doesn’t have to pay.
When Tiesi reminds him, “What does that have to do with anything? You have to pay child support,” Cannon responds, “No I don’t! I got the vaccine!” while pretending to show off a vaccination card.
His final defence? “Over 10 kids.”
Tiesi is not buying it.
“That’s only in foreign countries, like China,” she replies.
Seconds later, Cannon vanishes from the room and appears on a video call saying, “Ni hao!… Xièxie,” as the joke reaches its punchline.
He captioned the clip, “When it’s time to start paying child support…..”
Cannon, who is father to 12 children with six women, has often embraced public curiosity about his unconventional family.
As he previously told People magazine, “Every day I just wake up excited as a father. I’m so excited about all my kids. Constantly, from every aspect of it. From them getting citizen of the month awards in the first grade to the birth of the new ones.”
