Meghan Markle is maintaining a low profile ever since she arrived in the UK over a week ago and has been making quiet visits ahead of her first official appearance in the country.
It was reported earlier that it could be “weeks” before Meghan is seen in public view as there is “too much to prepare”. Meanwhile, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have already started school, but there was no photo update nor any reports to keep the privacy of the children.
Amid the speculation of when the Duchess of Sussex would step out publicly, she had been making quiet visits of her own in the meantime. Meghan went to Soho Farmhouse, a celebrity‑only resort costing £325 a month for full membership, according to Daily Beast’s Tom Sykes.
Sources revealed that she arrived as early as 9 a.m. and received considerable “fanfare” as she was introduced to several senior staff members. It is believed that she would be a regular there since she is thought to be a member of the club.
Moreover, the Chief relationship officer Markus Anderson, who was previously a senior executive at the company, is close friends with Meghan.
The club is known to be visited by other high‑profile guests such as Paul McCartney, the Beckhams and Simon Cowell.
This could also be Meghan’s way to establishing her place in the UK elite society, knowing that she would be crossing paths with A-listers. It is unknown if she would have more success or less compared to Montecito in the UK.
