There is quite some chatter about bringing Prince William and Prince Harry in a room together despite the bitter rift keeping them apart.
The Prince of Wales, in particular, has no interest in reuniting with his estranged brother, even though he refused to be “pitted against his brother” via a massive documentary deal.
The royals are still reeling from the recent revelations made in Charles Spencer’s new book, hence, the Sussexes are using this opportunity to call for a truce.

According to sources cited by Heat, Prince Harry and Meghan extended an invitation to meet. Moreover, Meghan has also agreed to forego petty issues from the past to make the reunion between brothers possible.
“Harry and Meghan feel it’s time for a new summit with William and Kate – and that with all four of them in a room, they could start a very productive and healing conversation,” the source said.
The Sussexes are also showing that they are “serious about doing good with charity work” now that they are back on British soil, making them “entitled to have a foot back in the door”.
“Harry really wants to see his brother and make peace with him, while Meghan is eager for them to start being welcomed back in royal circles,” the insider continued.
“They feel that Earl Spencer speaking up also backs their experience in the Firm, and how it can be a very cold and unforgiving institution. Meghan in particular feels very vindicated by it all, and thinks now is the time they should strike when it comes to having a dialogue with her in-laws.”

The source added that Meghan “doesn’t want to bring up the bridesmaid dresses or anything petty from the past – she just wants Harry to be in a room with his brother”.
