Limited-Edition Tiramisu Pop-Up at Sorrento, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi
From 1st to 31st March 2026, Sorrento invites guests to experience a refined Tiramisu pop-up. Holding the prestigious Golden Q certification from Ospitalità Italiana, the pop-up serves six unique interpretations of Tiramisu. The Classic Tiramisu recalls timeless simplicity with mascarpone crème, coffee-soaked Savoiardi, and cocoa powder. The Café Supreme deepens the coffee narrative with coffee mascarpone Chantilly, espresso ice cream, and amaretto biscuit. The Berry Tiramisu introduces brightness with wild-berry mascarpone crémeux, fresh berries, and Savoiardi biscuits. At the same time, the Pistachio Tiramisu offers a richer expression with pistachio mascarpone whipped crème, espresso, pistachio praline, and Dubai chocolate. Contemporary expressions include the Deconstructed Tiramisu, composed of tiramisu espuma, espresso Savoiardi jelly, cocoa powder, and raspberry pâte de fruit, and the Semifreddo, a creamy, frozen espresso-centred indulgence finished with cocoa powder and tiramisu ice cream, each dessert designed to pause gently on the palate.

Starting from 27th February to 17th March, during dinner and Sunday brunch, guests can look forward to an immersive Italian showcase that celebrates regional depth, craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality. Menu highlights include Risotto alla Milanese con ossobuco, where saffron-infused rice meets delicately braised veal shank, a refined tuna tartare paired with basil potato cream and crisp onions. Alongside these signatures, diners can indulge in beloved staples such as Carbonara, Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, handcrafted ravioli and freshly prepared pizzas, each prepared with precision and a deep respect for tradition.
Naarma
Delhi’s luxury dining destination Naarma introduces a refined new menu by celebrated chef Hilal Ağca, known for her work with global kitchens like Nobu Bodrum and Nusr-Et. The offerings blend international technique with bold, vibrant flavours – from delicate asparagus and lakso mushroom dim sum to a Mediterranean-inspired vegetarian mezze platter. Heartier dishes such as BBQ chicken skewers with hummus and a non-vegetarian mezze featuring Lamb Adana and Chicken Shish Taouk add depth to the menu.
Hope & Sesame at The Leela Ambience Gurugram
Set within The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, Rubicon Bar and Cigar Lounge curates an exceptional bar takeover on 27th March with Hope & Sesame, ranked 29th on The World’s 50 Best Bars in 2025 and consistently recognised by Asia’s 50 Best Bars since 2019. Complemented by ruby-hued interiors and an atmosphere inspired by the historic crossing of the river Rubicon by Julius Caesar, Rubicon Bar is the perfect backdrop to an evening defined by bold craftsmanship and elevated indulgence. Hailing from Guangzhou, China, Hope & Sesame has shaped its identity around cocktails that reflect their surroundings, drawing on local ingredients and cultural narratives while advancing the craft through techniques such as ultrasonic infusion and rotary distillation.
Jashn-e-Biryani at Punjab Grill
Conceptualised as “Eight biryanis, eight stories, one journey across India,” the menu pays tribute to the country’s rich culinary landscape while embracing contemporary creativity. Rather than replicating tradition, each biryani is thoughtfully reimagined, capturing the soul of its origin while presenting it through Punjab Grill’s refined lens. Served with classic accompaniments of chilli pickle, salan, and pickled onions, every plate promises a harmonious balance of spice, tang, and indulgence.

Bangkok-born, globally loved Nara Thai has launched its delivery experience in Gurugram through an exclusive partnership with Swiggy. With At Your Table by Nara, guests can now enjoy the brand’s signature, Michelin-recognised flavours at home, prepared and delivered with the same care and attention that define the Nara Thai dining experience.
Now live across Golf Course Road and neighbouring areas, including DLF Camellias, Horizon Centre, DLF Magnolias, Sectors 42 and 43, the service also extends within an eight-kilometre radius to Sushant Lok, Sectors 44, 55, 56 and Cyber City.
Icelandic Seafood Week, Roseate House
Roseate House is presenting Icelandic Seafood Week at DEL. The festival is being helmed by acclaimed Icelandic chef Friðrik Sigurðsson and is taking place in collaboration with the Embassy of Iceland. The week-long celebration is bringing together the finest flavours of Iceland, spotlighting ingredients sourced from the pristine, cold waters of the North Atlantic and the island nation’s fertile volcanic soils. Guests will be exploring a thoughtfully curated spread of wild-caught seafood, artisanal dairy, and vibrant local herbs, with every ingredient telling the story of Iceland’s extraordinary culinary heritage.

Time Out Market, Worldmark, New Delhi
Spanning approximately 24,500 square feet at Worldmark, Time Out Market Delhi will feature 11 kitchens, two full-service bars, a private events room, a stage for live performances, and seating for around 500 guests. Time Out Market is a curated food and cultural market concept that brings together the city’s best chefs, restaurants, and cultural experiences under one roof, offering visitors a taste of the very best a city has to offer. Currently, the active Time Out Markets are in Lisbon, New York (Dumbo & Union Square), Boston, Chicago, Montreal, Dubai, Cape Town, Porto, Barcelona, Bahrain, and Osaka. While Time Out Market New Delhi is slated to open in the second half of 2026, anticipation has been building since early February and March.
