Joe Alwyn and Sarah Pidgeon’s relationship is the subject to intense scrutiny on social media after they were spotted out and about on a public date.
The couple were seen on a park date a few days before Pidgeon’s pictures went viral with someone else.
While it was not clear if the second park outing was a date, rumours of a breakup between her and Alwyn circulated on social media as critics alleged that their relationship was a PR move during his ex Taylor Swift’s wedding week.
An X user wrote, “that pr relationship during her wedding week couldn’t have been more clearer.”
However, more added, “Or… she’s sitting in a park with a dude at normal distance away talking.”
Another noted, “Either that or it’s just a fling caught on camera.”
While some slammed the Hamnet star for leaving Pidgeon after her Emmy nomination, writing, “the jobless blob hates women that are more successful than him,” and “lol jobless got scarred when she got emmy nominated he hates successful women…..”
