EDP445, a former famous YouTuber, has been booked by the Las Vegas-area police on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
EDP445 is facing charges for sex crimes, California authorities have confirmed.
According to the Kern County District Attorney Cynthia Zimmer, a criminal complaint has been filed against Bryant Turhanemmerson Moreland, known as EDP445 on YouTube.
This follows after a thorough investigation into statements made by Moreland in a documentary released this year.
According to the criminal complaint filed on November 2, EDP445 is facing four felony charges for attempting to commit lewd acts upon a child, meeting a minor for lewd purposes, contacting a minor with intent to commit sexual offence and distributing or showing pornography to a minor.
The charges originate from an alleged incident involving a child under 414 years old that happened on April 17, 2021, as per the release from the district attorney’ office in Las Vegas.
“When the Kern County District Attorney’s Office initially reviewed the incident in 2021 and 2022, there were significant challenges in pursuing prosecution, particularly due to the lack of cooperation from the reporting parties,” the release said.
Moreland was apprehended in Las Vegas on November 4, with the help of the Las Vegas Police Department.
