Joe Amabile has shared a positive health update after undergoing brain surgery.
Taking to his Instagram handle on Sunday, The Bachelorette alum shared several photos of himself from the hospital with a bandaged head following the surgery.
“They got it all!” Joe simply captioned the post.
In one of the shared photos, the 40-year-old TV star and his wife, Serena Pitt, could be seen holding hands.
Serena also expressed her gratitude to the hospital staff on social media while sharing images from their hospital stay.
“A few peaceful moments from the hospital,” she penned in the caption. “Incredibly grateful to the team at NYU Langone Health for their endless patience, care, compassion, and kindness these past few days.”
“Joe is home recovering, and we’re so grateful to have been in such good hands,” added Serena.
Last month, the Bachelor in Paradise star revealed that doctors had discovered a “blueberry-sized lesion” on her brain and that she needed to undergo surgery.
“It’s been a wild couple weeks. I definitely wasn’t expecting this. I think it’s one of those things where you’re like, ‘Oh, something like this never happened to me,’ and here I am,” he told his followers via an Instagram video on July 13.
“So, yeah. They say it’s really early stages. I hope they are able to get it all, and I’m fine. But I will keep you updated,” added Joe.
