Ariana Grande has a reputation for shaking the music charts, and her recent milestone is evidence of it.
According to reports linked to the pop icon’s fan pages, thank u, next has officially crossed the 10 billion-stream mark on Spotify.
This fifth studio album of Grande reportedly becomes her most-streamed album on the platform.
But the 2019 record-breaking album is not the only milestone the singer has.
That is her ongoing Eternal Sunshine tour.
On Vosh in the City Youtube channel, Grande got candid about how the tour influenced her perspective on performing and on herself.
“I think on my last tour I wasn’t necessarily in the same place in life, and I wasn’t able to be as present as I am this time.”
Then Grande opened up about her Supernatural performance — a gravity-defying feat that left many jaw-dropped.
“I like to get involved emotionally,” she said, adding that when she has been lifted above the stage, it led her to create an illustration of herself floating.
“It helps me enjoy it, actually. I actually convince myself that I’m actually going somewhere,” the Grammy-winning singer said of the experience.
All of this helped Grande put on a spectacle for her fans that was both emotional and thrilling.
