Prince Harry and Meghan Markle bid a happy farewell to their years-long team member despite reports that it is a big blow to the Sussexes.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrate the next chapter of Chanel Pysnik, who served as Archewell’s head of nonfiction TV and film until November 4, per Deadline.
Chanel previously served as Disney+ and CNN executive and won an Emmy for her role on Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. Many people saw her departure from Archewell Productions as a setback for Harry and Meghan.

But this transition apparently took place on a happy note.
In a joint statement, Harry and Meghan lauded Chanel’s services, who was one of their very first hires at Archewell Productions…
Chanel “spearheaded the strategic framework for our unscripted endeavours.
“She brought not only her expertise into the process, but also led with her heart in telling beautiful stories.
“Many successful productions later, her impact and legacy at Archewell is to be celebrated. We are both championing her as she embarks on this next chapter.”
On the other hand, Chanel also expressed delight at working with Harry and Meghan for nearly six years.

She said, “I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished, both creatively and commercially, and of the company we have built. I am grateful to Harry and Meghan for their trust and the opportunity to lead Archewell Productions through such a defining period.”
