Ahead of her Bollywood debut, Sreeleela attended Milan Fashion Week this year with Onitsuka Tiger, who presented its Autumn-Winter 2026 Collection.
Sreeleela at Onitsuka Tiger’s showcase in Milan
Sreeleela is prepping for her big Bollywood debut, an untitled romantic musical with Kartik Aaryan, reportedly. However, the actor has already begun to carve her niche, and her recent outing at the Milan Fashion Week is also making her a strong contender as a fashion girlie.
The 24-year-old represented Onitsuka Tiger at Milan Fashion Week, one of the most prestigious events on the international fashion calendar. Her look was an effortless blend of sporty sophistication with high-fashion sensibility.
Onitsuka Tiger unveiled its Autumn-Winter 2026 Collection at Milan Fashion Week. The theme of this collection is The Aesthetics of Ma.
“Ma” is a Japanese cultural concept that describes a meaningful space between two elements, whether in space or in time. It is not absence, but a structuring pause, an active tension. It expresses a way of dressing intended beyond special occasions or everyday routines.
The highlight of Sreeleela’s look was the vibrant yellow tweed jacket she wore. It was an elevated take on an oversized boyfriend hoodie that had more class and panache. The boxy jacket, which featured a wide collar and white drawstrings that gave this entire look a sporty edge. However, the traditionally formal tweed fabric created a fashionable juxtaposition.
She layered the hoodie over a grey vest, which added to the formal look but added a casual white with black striped t-shirt underneath. She paired it with black tailored shorts. She wore chunky black jelly Mary Jane heels. These platform heels were embellished with silver diamante, and she added dark grey, ribbed knee-high socks.
The actor, who began her career in Telugu cinema carried a black, chunky handbag and added a few gold accessories. She styled her hair in a half-up, half-down ponytail with a few added curls to soften the look. Defined and bold eyes make her glam pop, while she added a soft red lip.
Sreeleela becomes a doctor
The actor, who is best known for films like Dhamaka (2022), Bhagavanth Kesari (2023), and Guntur Kaaram (2024), recently added another feather to her cap. She has completed her studies and become a doctor, all while continuing to shoot for her films.
After six years, Sreeleela now officially holds an MBBS degree. The actor took to Instagram to share a few unseen pictures and videos from her graduation ceremony with her family and batchmates, and they understandably went viral.
Sharing a carousel of pictures, Sreeleela wrote, “A milestone. A journey-one that you were a part of, knowingly or unknowingly. A sacred space that became my serene escape from the facade… a place where I could simply be me. Your girl kept her promise.”
She added, “This wasn’t just about a degree. It was about growth, faith, tears, resilience, and becoming. To my family, my friends, and my work friends-especially for accommodating my exams and standing by me through the chaos-thank you from the bottom of my heart. To everyone who believed in me when I was still learning to believe in myself… thank you.”
