ASAP Rocky spills beans on Drake feud after alleged diss track release

ASAP Rocky addresses drifting apart from Drake after longtime friendship

ASAP Rocky sparked feud speculations with Drake after the release of his song, Stole Ya Flow, because of the sharp digs seemingly directed at the rapper.

The 37-year-old rapper is no longer friends with the Canadian musician, 39, but fans might not expect the Kendrick Lamar-Drake rap battle between them as Rocky maintained that he is not interested in a fight.

In a new interview, the Punk Rocky hitmaker said, “I think hip-hop tactics and beefs is, like, WWF. It’s like wrestling all the way, right? But this thing between us, it’s not real smoke,” when Ebro Darden from Apple Music asked about the feud.

“I just don’t f–k with him,” the Testing singer noted.

Rocky went on to share that the estrangement between him and Drake, who had a longtime relationship with Rihanna before Rocky, came about because of “females.”

He continued, “I feel like he wasn’t happy and he expressed that. And I think at some certain point when everybody gettin’ older and it’s just like, you’re supposed to be moving on. For you to still be pickin’ at a female and all that, that’s soft to me. I didn’t put out an album, I didn’t put out music for me to really say something back.”

In his new single, Rocky appears to be talking about the In My Feelings hitmaker when he raps, “First you stole my flow, so I stole yo’ bitch. Now I’m a father, my bitch badder than my toddler / My baby mama Rihanna, so we unbothered.”

Do LED bulbs emit harmful UV radiation? Which are the safest options for homes – The Times of India

Do LED bulbs emit harmful UV radiation? Which are the safest options for homes - The Times of India

LED or Light-emitting diode bulbs are household things these days. These have become the dominant technology for lighting thanks to their energy efficiency and long life values. There’s no doubt that LED lights have revolutionised the way we illuminate homes and workplaces across the globe. However, the question here is do these LEDs emit harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation? Those who don’t know, it is the same light from the sun that can cause harm to our skin and eyes. Let’s find out more about this:UV radiation is classified into three types:UVA: Longest UV wavelengths which can cause photo-aging and some skin damage.UVB: It is mid-range wavelengths which is responsible for sunburn and some serious skin injury.UVC: This is short but most energetic and is highly dangerous. The light is mostly absorbed by Earth’s atmosphere.According to a research published on iere.org, the light exposure can cause your skin to age faster and injure eyes, among other health risks. when intense or prolonged. Hence concerns about artificial sources of UV — including light bulbs — are understandable.Do LEDs Emit UV?

Bulbs

The answer would be NO or only at negligible levels. Standard LED lights emit very little UV rays (usually less than 1% of total output).Because of phosphor conversion and LED housing design, most of the potential UV from the chip doesn’t reach users. These levels are far lower than natural sunlight.Ordinary LEDs used in homes are not designed to emit dangerous rays.In fact, specialized LEDs like those made explicitly to emit UV light for sterilization, nail curing, or industrial applications are intentionally created to produce UVA, UVB, or UVC.Health Risks from LEDs The UV emitted by white LED bulbs is so low that it is not considered harmful. Compared with sunlight, LED UV output is insignificant for causing any damage to the skin and eyes. In simple words, standard LED lighting in homes does not pose a UV hazard. Some of the safest LED Options for homesStandard White LED Bulbs (Warm or Cool): These are considered the safest and most common choice for home use:Emit negligible UV radiation. These are available in the market in many colour temperatures (warm white feels softer, while cool white looks brighter).Always choose Energy Star or equivalent quality bulbs.Warm white LEDs are better for living areas and bedrooms.LED Bulbs With Diffusers or Frosted CoversThese improve light comfort as they scatter light more evenly across the room.Reduce glareSmart LEDsThen there are smart modern LEDs that can help reduce blue-light exposure. These are beneficial for sleep hygiene.Do not buy Purpose-Built UV LED Devices Products marketed as “UV lights” — including UV nail lamps, sterilization LEDs, or blacklights produce significant UVA/UVB or UVC by design. They are not safe for general lighting.Standard LED bulbs emit extremely low, virtually negligible UV radiation, far below harmful levels and much less than sunlight or older fluorescent sources. So to answer the question if these are safe for homes or not, the simple answer is ‘yes’. LEDs are among the safest options available, both in terms of UV exposure and overall energy efficiency and are considered perfect for everyday home lighting. How to choose

LED House

All you need to do is choose high-quality LEDs with appropriate colour temperatures. Over the years, LED technology has significantly evolved. So where is this baseless and largely outdated information coming? It’s mostly misinformation and misunderstanding. The concerns about harmful UV from typical household bulbs is not right. When used properly, LEDs provide safe and efficient lights. These are also long-lasting which add more value to these lights. So, yes, from scientific research and lighting safety authorities, the LED bulbs we use in our house for day-to-day illumination, emit extremely low UV radiation which are considered safe for everyday use.

Failed Panenka, then injury! Cristian Zavala ‘had a problem,’ says boss

Failed Panenka, then injury! Cristian Zavala 'had a problem,' says boss

Colo Colo player Cristian Zavala has been defended by his manager after bizarrely missing a ‘Panenka’ penalty and then limping to the touchline with an apparent injury in a shootout on Wednesday.

In a friendly match against Uruguay’s Peñarol where Chilean side Colo Colo emerged victorious 4-3 on penalties, one spot-kick went viral for its oddity.

Zavala, days after Brahim Díaz‘s infamous failed Panenka in the Africa Cup of Nations final, chipped his penalty straight at the goalkeeper — much like the Moroccan — before, somewhat comically, going down with an injury, which many on social media believed was fake.

Colo Colo boss Fernando Ortiz. however, insisted Zavala was in fact carrying a knock beforehand.

“Zavala had a problem,” he said. “I understand wanting to take a penalty, that’s just the kind of madness and anxiety Cristián has.

“But I think his emotion led him to take it. Now they’re checking it out, hopefully it’s nothing serious.”

Denmark's prime minister insists sovereignty is non-negotiable as Trump announces Greenland deal 'framework'

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen is insisting that Denmark will not negotiate on its sovereignty of Greenland despite President Donald Trump announcing a “framework” of a deal for the U.S. to purchase the Arctic territory has been reached.

In a statement, she indicated that the nation is open to discussions with allies as long as the engagement respects Denmark’s “territorial integrity.”

“Security in the Arctic is a matter for the entire NATO alliance. Therefore, it is good and natural that it is also discussed between NATO’s Secretary General and the President of the United States. The Kingdom of Denmark has long worked for NATO to increase its engagement in the Arctic,” Frederiksen noted in the statement, which was written in Danish.

“We have been in close dialogue with NATO and I have spoken to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on an ongoing basis, including both before and after his meeting with President Trump in Davos. NATO is fully aware of the position of the Kingdom of Denmark. We can negotiate on everything political; security, investments, economy. But we cannot negotiate on our sovereignty,” she asserted.

The Danish prime minister noted that “only Denmark and Greenland themselves can make decisions on issues concerning Denmark and Greenland. The Kingdom of Denmark wishes to continue to engage in a constructive dialogue with allies on how we can strengthen security in the Arctic, including the US’s Golden Dome, provided that this is done with respect for our territorial integrity.”

Her comments come after Trump announced on Truth Social that, “Based upon a very productive meeting that I have had with the Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, we have formed the framework of a future deal with respect to Greenland and, in fact, the entire Arctic Region.”

“This solution, if consummated, will be a great one for the United States of America, and all NATO Nations,” Trump wrote in the post. “Based upon this understanding, I will not be imposing the Tariffs that were scheduled to go into effect on February 1st. Additional discussions are being held concerning The Golden Dome as it pertains to Greenland.”

During a speech at the World Economic Forum annual meeting in Switzerland on Thursday, Trump seemed to indicate that he would not use force to seize Greenland.

While discussing NATO, he said, “We probably won’t get anything unless I decide to use excessive strength and force, where we would be frankly unstoppable. But, I won’t do that.”

“I won’t use force. All the United States is asking for is a place called Greenland,” Trump said.

Oscar winner Mel Brooks shares the truth behind reaching 99

Mel Brooks has finally shared his secret to living to 99 years old.

The Oscar, Grammy, Tony and three-time Emmy award-winning American actor and filmmaker is not the only one in his clan who lives past 90s; he and two of his closest pals and fellow comedy legends, Sid Caesar and Carl Reiner, who passed away in 2014 and 2020, respectively, also reached their 90s.

In an interview with PEOPLE magazine, Brooks said the reason behind living well into their 90s is that “we all laughed a lot.”

He went on to tell the outlet in this week’s issue, “I think laughing keeps you healthy and happy.”

“It’s an amazing sound, people laughing at something I created. Making comedy is a great job. It keeps you sane and happy. It gives you a reason to be alive,” the Young Frankenstein star quipped.

Notably, Brooks also gave credit to “courage” for his long life along with laughter, stating that the trait, which he learnt from his mother, played a crucial role in his life.

He gushed, “She was an amazing example of courage. Losing her husband when she was just a young gal, raising four kids. What an example of a courageous life.”

For those unaware, the Spaceballs star is the youngest among his four siblings. Born to Max and Kate Kaminsky on June 28, 1926, in Brooklyn, New York, he lost his father when he was just two years old.

It is pertinent to mention that despite having an amazing portfolio and several accolades, Brooks is still working, as his forthcoming project is Spaceballs 2, which is slated for a 2027 release.

Apple taps Google Gemini to power Apple Intelligence

Apple taps Google Gemini to power Apple Intelligence

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Apple and Google just made one of the most important artificial intelligence (AI) announcements of the year. Under a new multi-year collaboration, Apple will base the next generation of its Apple Foundation Models on Google’s Gemini models and cloud technology.

The companies confirmed the partnership in a joint statement, signaling a major shift in how Apple plans to deliver AI features across the iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The deal comes as Apple faces growing pressure to catch up in AI, especially after delaying a long-promised overhaul of Siri.

Why Apple chose Google’s Gemini

Apple evaluated multiple AI options before settling on Gemini. According to the joint statement, Apple believes Google’s AI provides the strongest foundation for its own models. Gemini has quickly become one of the most capable large language model families, backed by Google’s massive cloud infrastructure.

For Apple, this means faster development, more reliable performance and the ability to roll out advanced features without rebuilding everything from scratch. At the same time, Apple says Apple Intelligence will still run on the device and through its Private Cloud Compute system. In other words, Apple controls how user data flows, even if the underlying models come from Google.

The joint statement from Apple and Google

Here is the full joint statement from the two companies:

“Apple and Google have entered into a multi-year collaboration under which the next generation of Apple Foundation Models will be based on Google’s Gemini models and cloud technology. These models will help power future Apple Intelligence features, including a more personalized Siri coming this year.

After careful evaluation, Apple determined that Google’s AI technology provides the most capable foundation for Apple Foundation Models and is excited about the innovative new experiences it will unlock for Apple users. Apple Intelligence will continue to run on Apple devices and Private Cloud Compute, while maintaining Apple’s industry-leading privacy standards.”

That last line is critical. Apple is clearly trying to reassure users that privacy remains central, even with Google’s technology involved.

A long-delayed Siri overhaul finally moves forward

A more personalized Siri is one of the biggest promises tied to this deal. Apple had already previewed major Siri improvements but ran into development problems. Reports described internal frustration, bugs and delays that pushed the revamped assistant further out than planned. This partnership helps explain why. By leaning on Gemini, Apple can accelerate Siri’s evolution instead of trying to solve every AI challenge internally. The result should be a smarter assistant that better understands context, handles complex requests and integrates more deeply across Apple apps.

Behind-the-scenes pressure at Apple

This deal did not happen in a vacuum. Apple has faced criticism for moving too slowly on AI while rivals pushed ahead. Apple had reportedly been in talks to license a custom version of Gemini for Siri and was expected to pay roughly $1 billion per year, though the official announcement did not confirm any financial terms.

Apple has also reshuffled its AI leadership. The company recently hired Amar Subramanya as vice president of artificial intelligence. He replaced John Giannandrea, who stepped down from the role after leading Apple’s AI strategy since 2018.

Antitrust questions loom

There is also a regulatory angle. Apple and Google already face scrutiny for their long-standing search agreement. That partnership came under renewed attention after U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta ruled that Google holds a monopoly in online search, while still allowing payments to Apple to keep Google as the default search engine on iPhones. This new AI collaboration could attract fresh attention from antitrust regulators who worry about powerful tech companies becoming even more intertwined.

What this means for you

For those of you using Apple devices, the impact is straightforward. You should see smarter Apple Intelligence features arrive faster, starting with a more capable Siri. Tasks like summarizing messages, handling complex reminders and understanding context across apps should improve. At the same time, Apple insists your data stays protected. Apple Intelligence will still rely on device processing and Private Cloud Compute, rather than funneling personal data directly into Google’s systems. In short, users get better AI without giving up Apple’s privacy stance, at least in theory.

Kurt’s key takeaways

Apple’s partnership with Google marks a turning point in its AI story. Instead of going it alone, Apple is betting that combining its privacy-focused platform with Google’s AI muscle is the fastest path forward. If Apple delivers on its promises, this deal could finally close the AI gap that has frustrated users and investors alike. The real test will come when those features land on your devices.

If you are considering Toyota’s new electric midsize SUV, here are 6 things you need to know.

Toyota has started accepting bookings for the Urban Cruiser Ebella. It will be sold in three variants: E1, E2, and E3. The company has said that official prices will be revealed in the coming weeks. The price range is expected to fall between Rs 19 lakh and Rs 24 lakh (ex-showroom).

From the side, the similarities are more obvious. It rides on 18-inch aero-style alloy wheels, the same as the e Vitara. The heavy body cladding, sloping roofline, hidden rear door handles, and rear bumper design remain unchanged. At the rear, however, the light bar gets a different LED pattern.

Colour options

The Urban Cruiser Ebella is offered in five monotone colours: Bluish Black, Cafe White, Enticing Silver, Gaming Grey, and Sportin Red. There are also four dual-tone options with a black roof, including Cafe White, Enticing Silver, Land Breeze Green, and Sportin Red.

Features

Inside, the Ebella is nearly identical to the e Vitara, apart from Toyota branding and software tweaks. It offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.1-inch digital cluster, fixed glass roof, powered driver seat, JBL audio system, 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS, ventilated seats, ambient lighting and more.

Battery options

Toyota will offer two LFP battery packs with Ebella: 49kWh and 61kWh. Both power a front-mounted electric motor. The smaller battery produces 144hp, while the larger one delivers 174hp. Torque remains the same at 189Nm. The claimed range is 440km for the 49kWh version and 543km for the 61kWh variant. Both battery packs come with an 8-year warranty.

Rivals

In the electric midsize SUV space, the Urban Cruiser Ebella will compete with the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6, Tata Curvv EV, VinFast VF6, MG ZS EV, and the upcoming Maruti e Vitara.

The robbery that shook Britain, the whole incident has come to light – SUCH TV

The robbery that shook Britain, the whole incident has come to light - SUCH TV

The Great Train Robbery was a planned robbery in which a group of 15 criminals managed to stop a Royal Mail train traveling from Glasgow to London and escaped with a huge amount of money. The train was carrying cash and valuables, with a total estimated value of 2.6 million pounds.

Planning and preparation:
The gang spent months planning the robbery. They had inside knowledge of Royal Mail operations and knew which route the train would take. They learned that the train would be carrying a large amount of cash on a specific date.

Signalman:
The robbers stopped the train near a place called Cheddington, Buckinghamshire. One member of the gang was working at the signal box, where he misled the train crew by changing the signal, diverting the train onto a deserted track where the robbers were waiting.

Train Hijacking:
The robbers quickly boarded the train, overpowering the crew. They used a combination of force and intimidation. There was little resistance from the crew as the criminals were well prepared. They took control of the train, which was carrying 75 tons of cash.

The loot:
The money was in the form of cash crates that weighed a lot. Despite the robbers’ best efforts to create a clear route, the loot was heavy, and it was not easy to move. They loaded the money onto a truck and fled the scene, heading to a remote location where they distributed the cash.

Escape route:
The robbers fled to a deserted farmhouse in the countryside where they hid for several days. They also used various false identities and changed their appearances to avoid detection.

Outcome and investigation:

Hunt:
The police launched a large-scale manhunt after the robbery. Initially, the robbers fled with it, and there was much speculation about their whereabouts. However, they made some key mistakes that ultimately led to their arrest.

Mistakes and Clues:
The criminals were careful, but left some evidence behind. For example, one gang member was caught while trying to deposit a large sum of money into a bank account under his real name. Additionally, some of the robbers were seen by witnesses, and this led to their eventual identification.

Arrest:
In the weeks and months following the robbery, police caught most of the gang members. Many were arrested and given long prison sentences. Some gang members were never caught, and the ultimate fate of some of the stolen money is still unclear.

Legacy:
The robbery was considered an incredible feat of planning and execution. It captured the public imagination and inspired numerous books, films, and documentaries. The criminals behind the robbery became notorious, many of them going down in history as some of Britain’s most notorious criminals.

Why it was so famous:

Planning and execution: The level of detail in the planning of the robbery, and how smoothly it was executed, was astonishing. It shows how well the criminals worked together and how carefully they studied the Royal Mail’s operations.

Scale of the theft: £2.6 million was a huge sum at the time. To put this into perspective, when adjusted for inflation, it’s over £50 million today.

Public attention: The story of the robbery captured the public imagination. The robbers were seen by some as folk heroes, and the media loved to cover the drama, especially with law enforcement pursuing the criminal masterminds.

Robbers:

Although the criminals who pulled off the Great Train Robbery were never organized crime “syndicates,” their crimes had ties to the criminal underworld. Most of them were involved in petty crimes such as theft or fraud. After the robbery, several were caught, tried, and sent to prison.
