Chris Hemsworth shares behind the scenes struggle with Halle Berry in ‘Crime 101′
Chris Hemsworth has admitted that he sometimes forgot his lines while filming Crime 101 with Halle Berry.
The Thor star revealed that he felt “incredibly intimidated” working alongside the Oscar-winning actress.
The crime thriller, which is directed by Bart Layton, follows Hemsworth as a master thief on his final heist who crosses paths with Berry’s character, an insurance broker.

He admitted that he would sometimes lose his lines just being in her presence.
Fans, however, have been excited about the pairing and eager to see the chemistry between Hemsworth and Berry on screen.
The actor’s honesty about feeling intimidated showed a rare glimpse into the respect and admiration he holds for his co-star.
Crime 101 promises suspense, action and intense performances from its star-studded cast.
With Hemsworth and Berry leading the story, audiences is all set to get thrilling heists, sharp dialogue and some kind of on-screen presence that keeps viewers hooked from start to finish.

As President Donald Trump pressures Iran to strike a nuclear deal, the Islamic Republic’s foreign minister warned that the nation’s military is ready to retaliate against any possible “aggression.”
“Our brave Armed Forces are prepared — with their fingers on the trigger — to immediately and powerfully respond to ANY aggression against our beloved land, air, and sea. The valuable lessons learned from the 12-Day War have enabled us to respond even more strongly, rapidly, and profoundly,” Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi warned in a Wednesday post on X.
He claimed that Iran is open to a deal and has never attempted to obtain nuclear weapons.

“At the same time, Iran has always welcomed a mutually beneficial, fair and equitable NUCLEAR DEAL — on equal footing, and free from coercion, threats, and intimidation — which ensures Iran’s rights to PEACEFUL nuclear technology, and guarantees NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS. Such weapons have no place in our security calculations, and we have NEVER sought to acquire them,” Araghchi alleged.
In a Wednesday Truth Social post, Trump warned Iran that “time is running out” as U.S. warships move to the Middle East.

“A massive Armada is heading to Iran. It is moving quickly, with great power, enthusiasm, and purpose. It is a larger fleet, headed by the great Aircraft Carrier Abraham Lincoln, than that sent to Venezuela. Like with Venezuela, it is, ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary. Hopefully Iran will quickly ‘Come to the Table’ and negotiate a fair and equitable deal — NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS — one that is good for all parties. Time is running out, it is truly of the essence!” the president warned.
“As I told Iran once before, MAKE A DEAL! They didn’t, and there was ‘Operation Midnight Hammer,’ a major destruction of Iran. The next attack will be far worse! Don’t make that happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” he added.
Iran’s mission to the United Nations responded in a post on X.
“Last time the U.S. blundered into wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, it squandered over $7 trillion and lost more than 7,000 American lives. Iran stands ready for dialogue based on mutual respect and interests — BUT IF PUSHED, IT WILL DEFEND ITSELF AND RESPOND LIKE NEVER BEFORE!” the mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the UN asserted in the post.
Indians’ love for land is never-ending and the real estate developers have been catering to those aspirations for a long time. Since the Delhi-NCR is highly populated and densely packed and land is a costly affair in Noida, Gurugram and Delhi, people are moving towards other cities of Haryana and Rajasthan. To decongest Delhi, the regional rapid transit system or Namo Bharat corridor has also been planned till Alwar via Gurugram, benefitting regions like Manesar, Bawal and Neemrana. The 196 kms long corridor will have 22 main line stations. Then there is the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway that is ushering in a revolution along its corridor.
With land being in demand, the developers have also come out with farmlands or agri land parcels in a 100 to 200km radius of Delhi. Developers in parts of Rajasthan and the adjoining NCR are promoting agricultural land parcels along highways and rural roads as lifestyle “farm zones,” pitching them as long-term investment opportunities tied to expressway-driven growth.

“Decongesting NCR is no longer a policy choice — it is an economic and environmental necessity. Delhi cannot absorb infinite population, freight, housing, or pollution. The Delhi–Mumbai Expressway has opened a once-in-a-generation opportunity to structurally rebalance growth away from the NCR core and create new, planned urban anchors along its exits,” said Vardan Singh Chaudhry, Founder of Corridor Assets.
At Alwar, the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway directly touches two notified urban local bodies — Ramgarh and Baroda Meo — where master plans are already in place. “The Rajasthan Government is actively positioning new city development on the outer edge of NCR. China executed this same playbook through satellite cities like Tongzhou and Xiong’an around Beijing, and Kunshan and Jiashan around Shanghai. This kind of decentralised urban expansion is inevitable — the government is now on the cusp of building new cities here; it is only a matter of time,” said Robin Mangla, President M3M India.
Experts feel that the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway has the potential to structurally decongest the NCR by decentralising growth beyond its traditional urban cores. Improved regional connectivity is enabling the emergence of new growth corridors that integrate seamlessly into the wider NCR economic ecosystem. Over time, this transition is expected to ease pressure on saturated markets such as Gurugram and Delhi, while supporting the development of well-planned residential, commercial, and employment hubs along the corridor. In the long term, such connectivity-led expansion can drive more balanced urbanisation, enhance liveability, and encourage sustainable real estate development across the extended NCR region.
“Gurgaon has given NCR a remarkable growth story, but the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway offers a unique opportunity to decentralise NCR’s growth more equitably and sustainably. Anchoring new growth around ULBs like Ramgarh and Baroda Meo in Alwar can unlock well-planned residential, industrial and logistics hubs, while easing pressure on Gurgaon. With faster connectivity, lower land costs and cooperative local government, these new nodes can serve as independent urban centres not only generating jobs but also bringing in investments and enhancing the overall quality of life in NCR,” said Anil Godara, Founder and Managing Director, J Estates.
While upcoming projects or farm parcels emphasise scenic settings and future appreciation, real estate experts caution investors to carefully verify the land’s legal clearances and planning status before investing. Experts also stress the need to verify construction rights, noting that only land with approved land-use status and building permissions permits lawful development of farmhouses or short-stay accommodations. Parcels lacking such approvals may invite regulatory action, including construction halts or demolition, as seen in past enforcement drives across NCR regions. Therefore, while these deals may appear lucrative, a due diligence is always needed.
Pro Football Hall of Famer Champ Bailey said Wednesday it was “unfortunate” that Bill Belichick failed to make it into Canton on the first ballot, but understood why.
Bailey suggested that Belichick’s relationships with the media may have altered the way the voting went down.

“I’m surprised. I would love to know the reasoning behind not voting for him because I could see on one hand why some people wouldn’t and I could see on the other hand why he should be a first-ballot Hall of Famer,” Bailey said on “Up & Adams.” “There’s a lot of questions around his time as a head coach. You got Spygate and all these other things that happened. So, you have that to worry about.
“Also, he was never very kind to the media. So, what I’ve understood throughout my career, and before, and definitely after, is your relationships with the media determines a lot of the awards you get. I don’t think it diminishes what he’s done. I mean, he’s till an eight-time Super Bowl champion. The guy done it all from a success standpoint. It’s unfortunate that we’re here but there’s other guys that deserve to be first ballot that I can name that aren’t first ballot. There’s still a Hall of Fame and he’s one of them.”
Belichick notoriously kept his answers close to the vest during his career. He would have a handful of viral moments explaining Xs and Os from time to time. Mostly, though, he was short with reporters.

It wasn’t until he departed from the New England Patriots that his personal life became more exposed. Belichick’s relationship with Jordon Hudson became the talk of the sports world last year as he took over the North Carolina Tar Heels.
Still, a few blunt responses to the media may not be the ultimate reason why Belichick wasn’t on the first ballot. One voter suggested that the process of the vote in the category he was in was handcuffing.
He was caught up in the Spygate and Deflategate scandals during his time. ESPN reported that the cheating scandals played a role in some voters’ decision on Belichick’s candidacy.

Belichick’s coaching tree appeared to be as strong as ever. The Patriots will return to the Super Bowl with Mike Vrabel at the helm. Vrabel won three titles under Belichick. Josh McDaniels, another Belichick staff member, is also serving as the team’s offensive coordinator.
Archit Gupta of ClearTax urges Budget 2026 to fix gaps in the new tax regime, including home loan, retirement, ESOPs, and NPS withdrawal benefits.
Budget 2026: New Income Tax Regime Needs Fine-Tuning
As Budget 2026 approaches, expectations are rising around further fine-tuning of the new income tax regime. Archit Gupta, Founder and CEO of ClearTax, says while the new regime has clearly emerged as the preferred choice for most taxpayers, key structural gaps continue to hold back a sizable section of filers.
New Regime Wins On Simplicity, But Not For Everyone
According to ClearTax data, the new tax regime is now the “undisputed winner” for individuals earning under Rs 25 lakh, thanks to lower slab rates and fewer compliances. However, nearly 26% of taxpayers continue to stick with the old regime.
“This isn’t resistance to change,” says Archit Gupta. “Their entire financial lifecycle is built around legacy benefits like HRA and home loans. Switching regimes disrupts the long-term wealth structure they’ve carefully created.”
Bring Home Loan Benefits To New Regime
One of the key asks is the reintroduction of Section 24(b) — interest deduction on self-occupied home loans — in the new tax regime. Currently, this benefit is available only under the old regime, making it difficult for homeowners to switch despite lower tax rates.
Expand Retirement Deductions Beyond NPS
Gupta also calls for broader retirement incentives. While the new regime allows deductions for NPS contributions, high-income earners typically depend on a mix of EPF, PPF and ELSS to build a stable retirement corpus.
“Retirement planning shouldn’t be restricted to one product,” he says, urging the government to recognise diversified long-term savings.
ESOP Taxation Needs Liquidity-Based Reform
On ESOPs, Gupta suggests taxing employee stock options only at the time of share sale, not at exercise. This, he says, would support genuine wealth creation, encourage startup employees and boost participation in IPOs.
Make Full 80% NPS Withdrawal Tax-Free
The government recently raised the NPS lump-sum withdrawal limit to 80%, but the tax-free portion remains capped at 60%. The remaining 20% is taxed at slab rates.
“The Budget should align taxation with policy intent,” Gupta says, adding that making the entire 80% tax-free would unlock the true benefits of NPS investing.
As Budget day nears, these proposals could shape the next phase of tax reform aimed at balancing simplicity with long-term financial planning.

If you wish to transform a plain aquarium into a beautiful paradise, then you are at the right place. The easiest trick is to pair colourful and compatible freshwater fish that create dynamic communities– from neon blues to fiery oranges and shimmering silvers. Here we list some freshwater fish combinations to make your aquarium shine. These fish need matching water parameters (pH 6.5-7.5, 24-28°C), have similar temperaments (peaceful shoals or solo stars), and the tank size should be of minimum 40 litres to roughly 200 litres. Inspired by aquarists worldwide, they blend beauty with balance, thus turning your tank into a living jewel. Read on to know more:

Bill Cosby has been defended by Andrew Wyatt, who served as a crisis manager for the comedian after a report suggested he may be facing new legal trouble.
According to TMZ, The 88-year-old comedian said in a deposition that he had received a recreational prescription for quaaludes that he hoped to give women before having sex with them.
Appearing on “Jesse Weber Live” on Wednesday, Wyatt said he asked Cosby whether all the allegations against him were true.
He said that Cosby firmly denied the allegation and told him “Andrew, I wouldn’t take you through the valley of shame.”

However, Wyatt added that Cosby did mention the use of quaaludes during earlier eras.
“He said, ‘Yes, I had quaaludes. Quaaludes was called ‘disco biscuits,’ and all of the entertainers had them,’” Wyatt said.
In his deposition, Cosby reportedly said under oath that he got the prescription, which he refilled seven times, from a gynecologist friend while playing poker more than a half-century ago — specifically, before 1972.
The information is expected to figure into a lawsuit filed by Donna Motsinger, who claims Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1972 while she was a waitress at a California restaurant.
According to TMZ, the gynecologist who prescribed the quaaludes, Dr. Leroy Amar, had his license revoked by California regulators in 1979.
A legal representative for Cosby said the TMZ report was not true.
