MrBeast is getting honest about having kids in the future.
The most followed YouTuber with over 459 million followers on the video-sharing platform, recently opened up about whether he wants to be a father or not.
The content creator, beloved among young generations, recently appeared on Dear Media’s Good Guys Podcast, with host Josh Peck and Ben Soffer.
MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, confessed on the show that he is not sure about having kids, unless he can be a “phenomenal” dad
“I know people who have kids and don’t let it affect their life in any way,” he said in a clip exclusively shared with People.
Jimmy, who is engaged to fellow gamer Thea Booysen, went on to say, “But are they phenomenal fathers?” MrBeast asked
Peck replied, “No!”
“I don’t want to have a kid unless I’m a phenomenal father,” the social media mogul said.
“Kids make you more successful — I hate when people say that kind of stuff, because, I agree, it’s a sacrifice when you’re actually a good father,” Jimmy continued.
“What you guys are quantifying is that it’s a sacrifice, but it’s worth it,” MrBeast asked the podcast host, to which Peck responded, “Yeah.”
“Very few people that I meet that are successful and have kids end up regretting it. They’re almost always like, ‘Yeah, I’m less successful, but I don’t care,'” MrBeast concluded.
