New Delhi – A shocking video of former Indian Navy officer Captain Navtej Singh doing aerial photography in dangerous high-altitude winds has gone viral, stunning viewers around the world. In the video, Captain Singh can be seen standing at the door of a helicopter, while he is battling fast, cold and merciless winds of 740 kmph at an altitude of 10,000 to 20,000 feet above the ground.

In a video that went viral on social media, Singh is seen holding a camera in strong gusts. The wind was so strong that his face shook, his cheeks were pushed back, his lips trembled and his eyes narrowed. He wrote in the caption that the wind doesn’t just touch, it hits the face and shakes it, the skin swells, muscles twist and eyes blur. According to Singh, the helicopter is deliberately flown without cabin pressure, which is a common method for rescue and aerial photography in military missions. As soon as the door opens, the photographer has to brace himself against the immense pressure of the wind. Despite being tied with a seat belt and rope, he has only a few moments to adjust the angle of the picture.
