Buckingham Palace has strongly rejected claims King Charles III “sounded giddily elated” after the death of Princess Diana, following an explosive claim made in a book by her brother, Charles Spencer.
Spencer’s new book, “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister,” set to publish Tuesday, recounts how he was at home in South Africa when he heard the news his sister had died in a Paris car crash in 1997, a year after her divorce from Charles.
