Anne Hathaway, together with Ewan McGregor, had been on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote their new film The End of Oak Street.
However, there, a conversation from the movie swerved into a moment which gave both the actors and audience fits of laughter.
The late-night show, hosted temporarily by Anthony Anderson, asked McGregor how many kids he has.
Simply, the Star Wars star replied, “Five.”
Stunned, Anderson quipped, “Five! Are you Mormon?”
Hathaway, who is pregnant with her third child, let out a joyous cackle.
But the host was not finished as he followed up with another one.
Though McGregor confirmed he is not a Mormon – a member of the LDS Church – The Odyssey star’s uninterrupted laughter did not stop just yet.
Anderson, who suddenly realized his double-entendre joke had just gone too far, quickly shifted gears and jokingly said, “Oh! Excuse me, I’m sorry.”
But Hathaway joked back, “Well, I mean, who doesn’t?”
Meanwhile, Anderson has been filling in briefly on the late-night show as Jimmy Kimmel is away on vacation.
