Keke Palmer just proved who is the bigger drama as she stole the spotlight at the 2026 BET Awards
When Druski, who hosted this years’ BET Awards, reached the singer and actress surrounded by audience, and tried to tease her but Keke did not hold back and shut him down in her style.
While doing his host duties by hyping up the crow, Druski came up to Keke and called her “fine s***.”
Keke, clapped back, saying, “I don’t need none of that. I’m not here for no relationship.”
She then sarcastically said, “This is a working relationship. Didn’t you just get the Forbes list?”
Druski did not stop there and continued to tease her by saying Keke is attracted to a man who is generous with money.
Keke immediately grabbed the microphone from Druski and responded, “This should have been my gig. Why the hell would they have you host?”
After the Nope star’s reply, the crowd cheered on her.
She continued, “This is the problem with BET. They be tripping! ‘Cause this should have been me. I got it!”
As Keke already announced she is taking Druski’s duty she then looked directly into the camera and did not wait for a second and called Cardi for her performance.
“This next performance is by a Grammy Award-winning artist who came through drippin’,” Keke said and the audience continued to applaud. “It has been up til it’s stuck. Give it up for the one and only, Cardi B.”
After Keke’s sensational move, Cardi impressed the audience with her epic performance on a medley of songs from her album Am I the Drama?.
