King Charles and Prince William appear to have a major conflict about the next set of steps for the royal fold after everything that has happened with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
The shamed ex-prince’s shame exposed in the Epstein files has caused a slew of problems for the royals and they continue to face the consequences of ‘shielding’ him from the public.
An ongoing police investigation is being carried out by several agencies and it is likely to charge him of criminal offense. After being burned by the Andrew, Prince William is urging his father to rethink his decision about the Sussexes, according to royal biographer Tom Bower.
While it is not officially confirmed by Palace, it has widely been reported Charles has made the generous offer for Harry and his family to stay at Buckingham Palace when he comes next month.
“I think it would be a terrible mistake on his part after the mistakes he made with Andrew,” Tom told Daily Express.
“I don’t believe that Prince William and Princess Catherine will tolerate any way in which the Sussexes are seen to benefit by blackmailing the King and playing the game because, in the end, they want to come because they’re desperate.”
Prince William is reportedly still estranged from his brother Prince Harry and has not communicated with him for over three years.
