The Duke of Sussex’s dream of owning a lavish British country estate has hit a financial roadblock, with Harry struggling to secure the money needed to buy the £10 million property he wanted.
Meghan also supported her husband’s wish to have a separate property in Britain, but the latest update appears to be even more amazing for the Duchess, as she had no desire in the past to return to the country she had left with several wounds.

The Duchess has already revealed her desire to spend Christmas with Doria Ragland in Montecito amid reports that the couple may begin the festive season in the UK.
Harry and Meghan are said to have their hearts set on a spectacular Cotswolds home, ideally putting them closer to King Charles and the royal world Harry left behind.
But finding a property they love is one thing; being able to afford it is quite another.
“They have champagne tastes, but the bank balance isn’t matching the ambition,” a source told Rob Shuter.
“They want a magnificent country estate where they can entertain, enjoy privacy and live the lifestyle they imagine for themselves. But a £10 million house is simply beyond their reach right now,” according to the commentator.
