King Charles and Queen Camilla are preparing to welcome Commonwealth leaders to a dinner in Antigua.
The Royal Family shared a BTS look at the preparations, sharing photographs of the beautifully arranged tables ahead of Tuesday evening’s official of Government dinner.
The table setting was a blend of island charm and royal tradition, with colourful checked tablecloths and napkins, floral arrangements and candle lanterns bringing warmth to the tables.
Palm trees and a sweeping coastal view provided a beautiful backdrop for the occasion.
Royal editor Rebecca English was equally taken with the preparations, sharing her own preview of the evening with followers.
“What a night! A preview of tonight’s dinner thrown by the King features breathtaking Caribbean produce with a Buckingham Palace twist,” she wrote.
She also noticed the locally made table mats, created by Antiguan artisan ‘Sexy Sue’, and a special cocktail named ‘Commonwealth 56’ – a nod to the organisation’s 56 member countries.Â
