David and Vicotria Beckham just noticed one of their golden geese still in the nest, and this time around its Romeo Beckham.
Now for those unversed with what this means, it revolves around the news spreading across Hollywood right now, involving Romeo and his new film Forty Love.
While the actual film is slated for a release next month, a little glimpse went a long way and wound up sparking a buzz, despite the lingering effects of the family’s rift with Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz.
As for what the trailer showcased it was a few seconds-long scene where Romeo kissed his male co-star and the amount of talk its generated stands to blow the estranged daughter-in-law “out of the water”.
A source even sat down to discuss the ‘damage’ and admitted, “there’s a real buzz around Romeo right now.”
According to Heat World even his parents are excited by the prospect, despite there still being clashes simmering below the surface still.
As for what the source said, its being reported that David and Victoria are “telling him to go for it,” and “if being a success in the film industry riles Nicola up, so be it.”
But that’s not the only reason. Instead, part of their excitement is also because “if he could make more of an impact with his debut than someone who’s been doing it for 20 years like Nicola, then that would be even sweeter.”
What’s more, “Vic and David are desperate to get him a meeting with one of the big Hollywood agencies,” its being said. “If he got signed, it would send a real message. They want him to go all the way, and Vic doesn’t see why he shouldn’t aim high and win an Oscar one day. She thinks he’s got it in him.”
As a ‘bonus’ the idea of Romeo pursuing this around the time that “Nicola hasn’t had much success” is “why the Beckhams think now is the best time”.
Before signing off it was also revealed that both David and Vic are reaching out to their pals for advice as well.
