Jennifer Lopez admits what lives ‘rent free’ in her head forever

Jennifer Lopez admits she does not like unnecessary group chats.

The singer and actress, who recently sat with Ankur Jain for Bilt’s monthly “Rent Free” gameshow, answered what lives rent free in her head.

She responded: “What’s living rent-free in my head and kind of drives me crazy a little bit is the group chat that never stops.”

“I need one person to say, ‘Sounds good.’ And just end it. Be brief. End it. We can’t go on forever,”

“Sometimes I think the group chat wants to go on forever, but I don’t want it to. I want it to end.”

Lopez then went on to talk about the popularity of the show ‘Off Campus’ on Amazon Prime, days after it put her hit song ‘On the Floor’ to charts.

“It’s always been a fan and a crowd favorite at my shows, and it had a whole new resurgence 15 years later when it was used on a television show, and it went viral,” she mentioned

“It’s funny how you can have a song come out in 2011 and then [it has] this whole new life. Nothing is old anymore, because people are discovering these things all the time and it’s new for them.”

“There aren’t many people whose name alone is synonymous with what they stand for,” Jain responded.

“Jennifer started in the Bronx [New York] and has been a step ahead for decades, in music, film, and business, and she never lost the neighborhood in any of it.
