| The meeting of inter-provincial education ministers will be held today |
ISLAMABAD – A meeting of inter-provincial education ministers will be held today at the Federal Ministry of Education regarding school opening and examinations in Pakistan.
A meeting of inter-provincial education ministers chaired by the Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood will be held in which a decision will be taken regarding holding of matriculation and intermediate examinations. Besides, the decision to open educational institutions will also be taken in today’s meeting.
It may be recalled that the final decision to hold the examinations was taken at a meeting of education ministers on May 24. All the provincial education ministers were of the opinion that no student should be promoted to the next class without examination this year.
