According to details, the Noor Muqaddam murder case was heard in District and Sessions Court Islamabad. Upon completion of physical remand, the federal police produced accused Zahir Jaffer in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Saishta Kundi under tight security.

During the hearing, Sessions Judge Saishta Kundi asked the accused if he wanted to say anything in court. Zahir Jaffer said that my lawyer will speak. The court was informed by the police that the investigation of the accused has been completed.

Later, the court granted 14-day judicial remand to the accused and ordered his transfer to jail.
