Timothy Simons, who is widely known to play Sasha in Nobody Wants This, has recently made a comment about Taylor Swift that might upset for her fans.
The 35-year-old singer has the most devoted fans from all across the globe. Therefore, if any celebrity says that he is not that much of a Swift fan, it can be a little offensive for them.
Simons’ character in the Netflix series can be witnessed as a Swiftie in the series after he was seen taking her album names like “1989” or “Red in episode 2 of season 1.
In an interview with Decider, the 47-year-old was asked, “What are your thoughts on The Life of a Showgirl?”
Timothy admitted that he is a fan of Taylor, but not enough to stay up to listen to her new album.
In a statement, he said, “Look I’m not going to say I’m not a Taylor Swift fan. I like Taylor Swift. I was introduced to her because my kids played it in the car.”
Simons revealed that he really liked her songs and now know most of her songs’ lyrics.
While talking about the Blank Space hitmaker’s new record, the Veep star said, “I also have not heard Life of a Showgirl.”
Timothy confessed, “I’m very sorry, I’m not at the point yet where is stay up to listen to it. I will listen to that album when somebody in my car plays it and then I’ll be like, “oh this album, that sounds good. That seems like a good album.”
Work wise, the American actor and comedian has once again reprised his role as Sasha in the season 2 of Nobody Wants This, starring Kristen Bell an Adam Brody.
