Bharti Airtel
Bharti Airtel’s Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Gopal Vittal, urged customers to adopt safer digital payment practices by using a dedicated secondary bank account for daily transactions, as cases of digital fraud continue to rise across India.
LG Electronics India
LG Electronics India announced a leadership rejig as part of its post-IPO growth strategy. Sanjay Chitkara has been elevated to the role of Co-Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, while Yongchan Jung, earlier heading manufacturing at the Noida plant, has been appointed Chief Production Officer.
Tata Technologies
Tata Technologies said the acquisition of 100 percent shareholding in ES-Tec GmbH and its subsidiaries (collectively the ES-Tec Group) has been completed through its wholly owned subsidiary Tata Technologies Pte (TTPL). Following this, ES-Tec GmbH has become a subsidiary of TTPL.
Wipro
Wipro announced a multi-year partnership with Odido Netherlands BV to modernise its IT infrastructure and enhance customer experience across both enterprise and consumer segments.
Adani Enterprises
Adani Group has acquired a 72.8 percent stake in Flight Simulation Solutions for Rs 820 crore. In an exchange filing, Adani Enterprises said the transaction was executed through Adani Defence Systems and Technologies and Horizon Aero Solutions, its subsidiary.
GMR Airports
GMR Airports’ arm, GMR Cargo and Logistics, has secured a term loan of up to Rs 750 crore from Axis Bank for developing a cargo city project at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. The project spans 50.5 acres within the airport premises.
Bandhan Bank
Bandhan Bank approved the sale of select non-performing assets (NPAs) and written-off loan portfolios through a competitive bidding process involving Asset Reconstruction Companies and other eligible buyers. The portfolios include loans from the Emerging Entrepreneurs Business (EEB) segment and the Aspiring Business Group (ABG).
Lodha Developers
Lodha Developers said the Supreme Court of India has allowed the restitution of the full Rs 520.80 crore deposited by the company as security against claims on V Hotels. The amount will be refunded along with accrued interest, reaffirming Lodha’s status as the successful resolution applicant.
Voltamp Transformers
Voltamp Transformers received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for an order worth Rs 85.05 crore, inclusive of GST. The order covers the design, manufacture, testing, and supply of various power transformers.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals
Emcure Pharmaceuticals said the Maharashtra GST Department conducted a search and seizure operation at its Mumbai offices from November 24 to November 26 as part of an investigation by the state tax authorities.
Refex Industries
Refex Industries has bagged an order worth around Rs 100 crore for excavation, loading, and transportation of pond ash and bottom ash from a large domestic conglomerate. The project will be executed over four months.
Lemon Tree Hotels
Lemon Tree Hotels announced a license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, and a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The Surat property will be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, while the Haridwar hotel will operate under a franchise model.
