Raymond Realty
Norges Bank has offloaded a stake worth Rs 41.5 crore in Raymond Realty. Additionally, the parent company also witnessed deal activity worth Rs 221 crore.
Hero MotoCorp
Hero MotoCorp reported total sales of 5.54 lakh units in June 2025. The figure marks a 10% year-on-year rise from 5.03 lakh units sold in June last year.
Hyundai Motor
Hyundai Motor India reported a 13% year-on-year increase in exports during Q1 FY26. Export contribution stood at 26.7% of the total sales in the quarter.
RITES
RITES has secured a $3.6 million (CIF) purchase order from an African Rail Company, expanding its international order book.
SBI Cards
SBI Cards has received a show cause notice from CGST Gurugram (East 1) proposing to disallow input tax credit (ITC) amounting to Rs 81.93 crore.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has initiated an investigation against Asian Paints over alleged abuse of its dominant position in the decorative paints segment. The complaint was filed by Aditya Birla Group’s Birla Opus Paints. CCI has found prima facie evidence of violation and ordered a detailed probe.
JSW Energy
JSW Energy, through its step-down subsidiary JSW Renew Energy Thirty Seven, signed a battery energy storage purchase agreement with Rajasthan Vidyut Utpadan Nigam. The agreement covers a 250 MW / 500 MWh standalone battery storage system under a Build-Own-Operate model.

Paras Defence has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 22.21 crore from French defence firm Cerbair for 30 units of CHIMERA 200, an anti-drone technology system.
V-Mart Retail
V-Mart posted strong Q1 FY25 results, reporting a 12.6% YoY growth in revenue at Rs 885 crore, up from Rs 786 crore last year. Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) stood at 1%, indicating stable demand at existing outlets.
Ceigall India
Ceigall India announced that its subsidiary, Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Pvt. Ltd., has bagged a Rs 1,199.3 crore highway project from NHAI. The project includes construction of a 4/6 lane northern Ayodhya bypass stretching 35.40 km in Uttar Pradesh.

Nazara’s subsidiary, Nodwin Gaming, completed the acquisition of a 92.3% stake in AFK Gaming Pvt. Ltd. The deal was executed via a share purchase agreement signed on December 18, 2024.

Trident has received a show cause notice from CGST Ludhiana for alleged tax dues amounting to Rs 51.87 crore. The notice cites mismatches in ITC reconciliation and under-reporting of outward tax liability for FY 2018–19 to 2020–21.
