New Delhi – The opposition, led by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, expressed anger over the Indian Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan’s disclosure of the details of losses in Operation Sindoor and demanded an immediate special session of Parliament. Congress has alleged that the Modi government has hidden facts from the public. Why are facts being hidden in the name of national security?

Congress leader Manoj Kumar said that the Modi government has changed its statement 12 times in the last two weeks. This may not be important for Pakistan, but it is definitely important for our Indian people. I believe that the statement of the CDS in yesterday’s interview should be taken very seriously because it raises important questions.
Congress leaders are accusing the Modi government of misleading the country and are saying that it should stop lying to the public about Operation Sindoor and the situation after it.

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said Why is the Modi government keeping the public away from the truth? The CDS’ statement on the losses in Operation Sindoor has created serious concern in Indian politics, on which there is a demand to convene a session of Parliament. There has been a storm in Indian politics after the Indian Chief of Defence Staff, General Anil Chauhan, called the losses in Operation Sindoor a normal part of war.

It should be noted that two days ago, several of our fighter jets were destroyed in the air clashes with Pakistan. The Chief of Defense of the Indian Armed Forces finally admitted that Indian aircraft were destroyed. India’s Chief of Defense Staff Anil Chauhan made this admission while talking to the American broadcaster Bloomberg TV while participating in the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore on Saturday.

The Indian Army had first confirmed the loss of an unspecified number of fighter jets in clashes with Pakistan in May. Addressing the ceremony, Indian Chief of Defense General Chauhan said that the important thing is where the mistake was made, what the shortcomings were, and why the planes were shot down. The number is not important. General Anil Chauhan further said that the important thing is not that the planes were shot down, but why they were shot down.

The mistakes that were made were the most significant. During the talks, General Chouhan also rejected US President Donald Trump’s claim that the US had prevented a possible nuclear war between the two nuclear powers. According to Chouhan, this claim was unrealistic because neither country came close to using nuclear weapons. The Indian general also tried to call Pakistan’s use of Chinese-made weapons ineffective, even though the battlefield results belied his claim.
This admission by India had sparked a new debate at the international level and strengthened the Pakistani position that India had carried out unprovoked attacks and Pakistan had responded by shooting down enemy aircraft in a strong defense.
