Kim Kardashian has acknowledged Caityln Jenner for her significant role in keeping their family in the spotlight.
During a taping of The Graham Norton Show on Friday, October 24, the 45-year-old reality star and SKIMS founder reflected on her family’s early experiences filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The show ran until 2021 before the family launched their new Hulu series, The Kardashians, the following year.
Speaking to host Graham Norton during the taping, Kim admitted that she was surprised by the public’s overwhelming interest in her family.
‘We shot the pilot and had no idea what it would turn into, but 20 years on it is still going,’ she admitted.
‘Of course, it can be difficult for a reality series to stay entertaining for years on end, especially when the focus in on one family.’
Kim also highlighted one pivotal moment in her family’s history that she helped secure several more seasons-Caitlyn’s transition in 2015.
For context, Caitlyn, 75, announced her transition via the cover of Vanity Fair that June.
‘The shows write themselves. Once, when we wondered what might happen next my stepdad turned into a woman and there were two more seasons right there!’ Kim quipped.
Kim has always supported her stepdad from the start.
Caitlyn is now back on TV alongside her family. She appeared in a teaser for the seventh season of The Kardashians, which premiered on October.23. This marks the first time that she will appear on the Hulu series.
