Jennifer Aniston is finally addressing her relationship with Jim Curtis, and she can’t help but gush over him.
In her Elle Women of the Year cover story published Wednesday, November 12, the Emmy-winning actress opened up for the first time about her relationship with the hypnotist, calling him “quite extraordinary.”
“Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does,” the Friends alum said. “He’s quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people.”
Aniston, 56, described Curtis, 50, as “very special” and “very normal,” explaining that he’s devoted his life to helping others heal. “[He] wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity,” she shared. “It’s a beautiful thing to commit your life to.”
Aniston first sparked romance rumours with Curtis back in July after they were spotted vacationing in Mallorca alongside Jason Bateman and Amanda Anka. But according to Us Weekly, the pair had already been quietly dating for months before their trip.
After Curtis joined her for the Season 4 premiere of The Morning Show, Aniston soft-launched the relationship on Instagram in September by posting a photo of Curtis from behind, before officially hard-launching him in November with an intimate black-and-white shot. “Happy birthday my love,” she captioned the photo, adding, “Cherished.”
Curtis, a wellness expert, soon returned the affection online. Sharing several photos of the couple together, he wrote, “If this is a dream I don’t want to wake up.”
Earlier this month, he reflected on finding love later in life, telling his followers that relationships after 40 come with “more confidence, more experience and more authenticity.”
