Why Kourtney Kardashian avoids giving her kids painkillers?
Kourtney Kardashian goes against the norms when it comes to parenting.
In a recent chat with Khloe on the May 21 episode of her podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, Kourtney opened up about her unconventional mom choices and how she often pushes back on traditional parenting.
The Lemme founder revealed that when her kids are under the weather she prefers to not give medication but opts to take care of them first.
“I will like nurse the fever of my kids versus giving Tylenol or ibuprofen. Kourtney noted. “I just want to do that.”
“I think living authentically is not conforming, to whatever it is,” she explained.
Likewise, the mom of four revealed that she thinks the same when it comes to schooling.
“I do it with everything,” she noted. “Like the school system, I’ll think, ‘Why do kids f****** go to school?’ Truly, it’s so dated.”
It is pertinent to mention that Kourtney, shares children Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with her ex-husband Scott Disick and she is also a mom to a 16-months-old son, Rocky, whom she shares with her current husband Travis Barker.
The Blink 182 drummer is also father to son Landon, 21, daughter Alabama, 19, and step-daughter Atiana, 25, whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
