A flight from Karachi to Islamabad crashed


The bird collided with the plane before landing, the flight landed safely


Karachi (10bmnews Latest News) If we look at the history of air accidents apart from engine failure and weather storms one of the reasons for accidents is the collision of birds with planes. If a bird collides it will cause a crack in any part of the plane and as a result, an accident will occur.


A similar incident took place yesterday but no casualties were reported in the incident. A private airline flight from Jinnah International Airport to Islamabad narrowly escaped the accident. The airline’s flight PF125 collided with a bird before landing, causing the plane to narrowly escape the crash.


One of the wings of the Airbus 320 was damaged due to the collision. Demonstrating skill and presence of mind the plane landed safely. The plane was grounded in view of the damage caused by the bird strike.


On the other hand, flight PF126 from Islamabad to Karachi was canceled and the passengers were sent to Karachi by an alternative flight. According to sources, the passengers protested at Islamabad Airport over the delay in the flight. Some protesters said they had to leave Karachi for a foreign country but their next flight was canceled due to flight delays. 


A spokesman for the private airline said: The flight had to be canceled due to safety concerns of the passengers. It is to be noted that there have been several accidents involving bird planes which have resulted in heavy loss of life and property.
