NAB and Broadsheet dispute British High Court issued a new order against NAB

Order to pay 122.23 million to NAB, 26 2.629 million in additional expenses, otherwise the London branch of the bank concerned will be forced to pay. British High Court Judge Master Davison’s decision


London – In the NAB and Broadsheet dispute, the British High Court has issued a new order against NAB. The British High Court has ordered NAB to pay 122.23790 dollars. I have ordered to pay 26 lakh 29 thousand 680 pounds. Otherwise, the London branch of the concerned bank will be forced to make the payment.

 According to media reports, in the NAB and Broadsheet dispute, the British High Court issued a new order against the NAB ordering the NAB to pay 122,23,790. The NAB has been ordered to pay 122.23 million, 110 110, and 26 2,629,680 in additional expenses.

Otherwise, the London branch of the concerned bank will be forced to make the payment. All funds should be in the account of NAB lawyers by August 10. The bank will be obliged to transfer the secured amount to Broadsheet’s lawyers’ account by August 17. In case of non-payment within the stipulated time, the interim order will be final. It may be recalled that Broadsheet had approached the court seeking 3,364,684 from the NAB.

It may be recalled that on July 29, 2021, there were differences between Broadsheet and the Accountability Bureau over the payment of damages. On which the Broadsheet lawyers said that they would ask the court to pay the interest, the costs of the case. There are options to pay the amount paid
