HUDCO Interim Dividend 2025: PSU HUDCO has declared the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 1.05 per equity share (10.50%) for the financial year 2024-25. It has fixed the record date as Friday, March 14, 2025 for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.
HUDCO shares slipped 1.60 per cent during the intraday session by the time of writing this report. Around 2:35 PM, shares were trading at Rs 179.10 per share, against the day’s opening at Rs 183.75 apiece.
HUDCO 2nd Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on Monday, 10th March, 2025, inter-alia considered and approved declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.05/- per equity share, i.e. @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25 and fixed Friday, 14th March, 2025 as Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.
HUDCO Dividend History
Earlier, HUDCO announced the interim dividend of Rs 2.05 per share with the ex-date falling on January 30, 2025.
HUDCO Fund Raise
Earlier, HUDCO board had approved the raising of Bonds as Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non Cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series -E 2024) aggregating up to Rs. 2,910 Crore on Private basis.
