In a major boost to India’s luxury real estate sector, Tribeca Developers and Smartworld Developers have announced the launch of a second Trump-branded residential project in Gurugram. With this, Gurugram has become the only city in the world — apart from New York — to host two Trump Towers.
The new project, named Trump Residences Gurgaon, will comprise two striking 51-storey towers housing 298 ultra-luxury residences. With a total saleable area of 12 lakh square feet, the project is estimated to cost around Rs 2,200 crore and will be completed over the next five years.
What’s Inside the Trump Residences Gurgaon?
Set to redefine opulence, the towers will boast an all-glass façade, private elevators, double-height living rooms in select units, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a shared rooftop offering sweeping views of the Aravallis. Apartments are being launched at Rs 27,000 per sq ft, with prices ranging from Rs 8 crore to Rs 12 crore.
“This reflects the strength of the Gurugram market and also the partnership,” said Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers. “Trump returns to Gurugram with a second project… After the first Trump Towers set the standard, this time we’re building something different – things people will have never seen before in this city.”
Pankaj Bansal, co-founder of Smartworld Developers, said, “The total project cost will be around Rs 2,200 crore… This isn’t just a project — it’s a breathtaking testament to what happens when vision meets limitless ambition. Sector 69 will never be the same.”
India’s Place in the Trump Portfolio
This is the sixth Trump-branded project in India and the second in Gurugram after the launch of Trump Towers Delhi-NCR in 2018. Among the six, four projects — located in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Gurugram — have already been completed. A Trump-branded office complex in Pune was also recently announced.

Who’s Doing What?
While Smartworld Developers will oversee construction, development, and customer service, Tribeca (the official representative of the Trump brand in India) will lead design, marketing, sales, and project management. The Trump Organization continues to provide branding and global oversight.
