Karachi – Important progress in the kidnapping and murder case of Mustafa Amir, the police informed the Anti-Terrorism Administrative Court about the formation of a special committee to investigate the case. In the report, the police also revealed that accused Armaghan repeatedly pretended to be unconscious during the investigation. The remand report says that the girl found in the case is to be interrogated and other accomplices are to be arrested.
The report says that during the investigation, accused Shiraz has clearly confessed to his crime. Accused Armaghan is very clever, cunning and a habitual criminal. Accused Armaghan is repeatedly changing his statement and repeatedly acting as if he is unconscious. The report further says that a video statement of accused Shiraz has also been recorded. The sample of the deceased Mustafa has matched the DNA of the mother Wajiha Amir. DNA match proves that the body is that of Mustafa Aamir
Accused Shiraz has to record a confessional statement before the concerned magistrate. A special committee has also been formed to interrogate the accused. Letters have been sent to higher officers for information about other cases of accused Armaghan. The accused is running a call center and a software house while also being involved in illegal activities. The report says that accused Armaghan has to be interrogated to get information about illegal activities and other real facts have to be brought to light.
