Islamabad High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani made remarks in a case related to NAB’s jurisdiction that toothless NAB should also enjoy it and so should the people.
During the hearing of a case in the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that before starting an inquiry into a corruption case, NAB should also see whether it can now investigate or not?
Justice Mohsin Akhtar said that Parliament has closed corruption cases worth billions of rupees, when Parliament comes to its senses, it will be too late.
The High Court judge said that toothless NAB should also enjoy it and so should the people, more than one hundred major corruption cases have been closed, the accused in corruption cases have also gone abroad.
